Will I be able to try on my size?
We have the ability to fit brides of all shapes and sizes. While our bridal samples range in street size 4 to 24, we have worked with brides anywhere from size 2 to size 32. When you’re trying on our samples, we do our best to make them fit as close to your size as possible. Depending on the manufacturer, ordering a gown above a certain size may require an additional fee.
do i need an appointment?
While we do accept walk-ins during regular business hours, we encourage you to set up an appointment to ensure that you receive the individualized attention that you deserve! Walk-ins may browse but may not be able to try gowns on if an appointment is taking place.
how do i book an appointment?
To set up an appointment, you can message us via our website tab "Make An Appointment," call us at the store, send us an email directly, or come visit the shop! We will confirm all appointment dates and times.
How long are appointment times?
We allot 90 minutes for bridal consultations, and 60 minutes for stationery consultations.
what should i bring to my appointment?
From our experience, we recommend that you bring simple undergarments and a strapless bra. You may consider bringing a pair of heels similar in height to what you imagine wearing on your wedding day.
When should i begin shopping for my dress?
Traditionally, the rule of thumb is to begin shopping 9 months prior to your wedding date. Although nearly all of our wedding gowns are custom ordered, we will always consider selling a sample 'off-the-rack.' Additionally, for brides who require a quick turnaround, rush shipping is available for an upcharge, which will vary based on the vendor.
